Chakrit "Charlie" Shinawat est le CEO de la megacorporation thaïlandaise ShinSiam. Il la dirige d'une main de fer, et grâce à son frère le général Chaiyud Shinawat la loi thaï reste complaisante vis-à-vis de ses activités.
Il est impitoyable et détruit ou rachète toute corporation thaï qui émerge dans son pays.
