The events indicated during the [[Renraku Arcology Shutdown]] point to the SCIRE matrix as one of the rare [[Ultraviolet hosts]]. The [[otaku]] created by [[Deus]] were limited in power to the SCIRE host.

| After [[Deus]] had been defeated [[Renraku]] and the [[UCAS]] government argued about who would pay for the military freeing of the arcology. When no agreement could be reached Renraku was kicked out and control over SCIRE went to the [[Seattle]] Metroplex Government.<br>

The five-floor mall is still open to the public and run by several corporations while the underground levels, housing the arcology's fusion reactors, are controlled by the [[UCAS]] military and the top floors remain sealed off.
