The Arcology was reclaimed in [[2061]], but not before the imprisoned residents were subject to bizarre and horrific experiments, and several thousand lives were lost to the mad AI's machinations and drones.

The five-floor mall is still open to the public and run by several corporations while the underground levels, housing the arcology's fusion reactors, are controlled by the [[UCAS]] military and the top floors remain sealed off.
