problems with map title

I was unable to use the image under the name Image:Carte États membres d'Allemagne.png, if I change it's size. Using the image like this:

[[Image:Carte États membres d'Allemagne.png|100px]]

produces the following error:

Maybe you can fix this somehow.

The problem is the accent (É). Whitout accent it's OK

Yes, I just thought, there might be an easy fix for this, anyway the alternative works.

map adaptation

I can adapt the map and change the numbers so that they fit the order of member states in the États Allemands Alliés article. Just tell me, if you want me to do that. You can also give me a different order if you have another preference. Also if you prefer different colours I sympathize. This isn't necessarily the best choice, here I'm also open to suggestions.
